Buenos Aires is becoming more and more popular for tourists, and accordingly the city is constantly working to build more diversions and fun areas. One of the most ambitious is Puerto Madero, a refurbished warehouse area on the river. It’s walking distance from the Park Tower hotel, and generally regarded as the ideal place for an evening stroll. There are hundreds of restaurants from which to choose, as well as shopping and a couple of museums. One of the loveliest aspects is the wetlands nearby, home to all sorts of flora and fauna – a perfect slice of nature right in the city.
