Executive Chef Giuseppe Dalla Rosa offers a delightful Mediterranean menu that relies on fresh seasonal products, along with an impressive selection of Tuscan wines. For those on the go, an Express Lunch is available, and a Wellness Menu is offered throughout the day with light and healthy offerings that are still heavy on flavor. The atmosphere at ORVM is one of refined elegance. The brown tones of the leather and wood furniture and Art Deco design elements are designed to evoke the roaring twenties, and a collection of original black and white pencil sketches and paintings make ORVM a place to truly experience. From 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., the bar at ORVM offers Unwind, a Westin ritual that accompanies you from day to night. Head Barman Mario d'Onghia offers an eclectic selection of cocktails in a vibrant atmosphere with live music.
